Sally and Chris Kamrada are an unlikely duo but they have one thing in common: talent.

Sally Kamrada is a longtime Dr. Phillips resident and real estate agent with over 18 years of experience. She has seen much success in the SW Orlando market due to her energy, creativity and professionalism. Not only is Sally a real estate rockstar, she is also the mother of one.

Chris is Sally’s son. He was raised in Dr. Phillips, and it was here that he learned valuable lessons that now come into play on his road to fame. See, while Sally is busy rocking the real estate world here in Orlando, Chris is off rocking the world onstage as a drummer.

He has played worldwide with bands/artist such as There For Tomorrow, Before You Exit, Sleepwave, Saints of Valory, VersaEmerge, The Dangerous Summer & Yuna. He has performed at a number of festivals including Austin City Limits, Soundwave, Aftershock, Rock on the Range, multiple summers playing on the Vans Warped Tour & supporting The Rolling Stones on their 2015 summer tour.

He’s Dr. Phillips’ very own rockstar and we couldn’t be prouder. But, the success hasn’t gone to his head. Just checkout the video above and you’ll see exactly what we’re talking about.

1. Homeowners Association

If an HOA exists in a neighborhood you’re interested in make sure to read the documents with a clear understanding of what restrictions for pets are listed. Some HOA’s limit the number of pets, type / breed,  and /or size of pets. This is extremely Important, especially if you have a large dog.

2. Flooring

You wouldn’t think about this one, but the type of flooring in the house is a critical to keep in mind. Some may be slippery or the surface can scratch easily, which isn’t fun for you or your pet. This is important for safety and maintenance.

3. Go Fetch!

Look for an area that is convenient for you and the dog to go outside and play or be walked. It’s always nice to have a fenced, walled or gated area close to or attached to the home. Ensure the well-being and quality of life for both you and your pup.

4. Location Location Location

How close to a main road or railroad tracks is the home located? If your dog ends up in a homeward bound situation you want to make sure there is a cushion of safety between your home and danger.

5. Noise Pollution

Is the home close to a location where there would be high pitch noise such as sirens or high electrical frequency such as high tension wires or a barking ordinance that may
Impact your living.

If you’re a dog lover looking for a new home visit:

We all know what to dial in case of critical emergency – those iconic three numbers, of course. But what about all of life’s other emergencies?

We live beautifully complicated lives that require maintenance, and sometimes, immediate action. Devices crack, grades slip, houses need selling/buying, and life happens! We’ve created an “emergency” contact list for when things happen that we just aren’t prepared for. We don’t expect you to hang it up on your refrigerator, but you could! Enjoy.
